Land Securities are the largest commercial property development company in the UK. They wanted to create an invitation to celebrate the completion of the initial phase of development of London’s New Street Square. The event – known as a ‘topping out ceremony’ where press, local dignitaries and project partners come together to celebrate. The idea – a party blower designed to look like a measuring tape, revealing the extent of their appreciation.
