Michelle joined us straight out of University, where she was a finalist at the South West Design and Digital Student Awards 2023 and was featured on Design Week’s Ones to Watch 2023.
Michelle brings a positive energy and a keen eye for detail to her work. Since joining us full-time following an internship, she’s been busy working across multiple projects and disciplines under the direction of the senior team.
Raised between Italy and Thailand, Michelle is fluent in English, German and Italian.

“Breaking into the industry after University is always a challenge, so it was a true privilege to have been offered an internship at Clout. With such a passionate, creative, and close-knit team I was able to gain an incredible insight into the ins and outs of an exceptional agency in the industry. To now have been given the opportunity to work as a full-time Designer at Clout is hugely exciting! I can’t wait to keep building experience, work with a fantastic team, and create exciting work that genuinely makes a difference.”
